The terminology of open-source LLMs (quantization, fine-tuning, GGUF, lora, etc.) rendered as visual metaphors. From the April 2026 OSS sweep — useful any time someone drops a model-deployment term you don't recognize.

Section 02 — Migration architecture

The architecture decisions, iterated.

The Migration 02 architecture explainer evolved through five drafts in April 2026 as the decisions firmed up. The FINAL version below is the canonical "here's what we decided." The drafts are preserved for archaeology.

A note on provenance

These files were collected from across the lab's earlier folders — migration/_meta/_archaeology/research/ and archive/old-system-2026-05/ — and consolidated here on 2026-05-18 as a reading room.

Originals were preserved in their source folders (none were deleted). Two related artifacts that originally landed here have since gone back to their project workshops because they're project-scoped, not general reference: the Skills Lab Suite Tour lives at _agentic-lab/skills-lab/_system/research/, and the Migration 02 Bless-Walks live at migration/_meta/bless-walks/.
